My learnings
💡 Understanding crypto and crypto-related terminologies A good amount of time was spent understanding terms such as blockchain, NFTs, coins, tokens, crypto wallets etc. This basic research helped us understand Raisy in a much better way and helped us come up with user journey maps headed in the right direction.
💡 How to onboard non-crypto users? The challenge that was faced was that since Raisy is a decentralized platform, ideas had to be brainstormed on how to onboard people who aren't well versed with web 3.0. To connect to the wallet in the login screen, a help option with instructions to connect to a wallet for this version of the platform was provided.
What I’d do differently next time
If more time had been available, more visual screens would have been added and the screens would have been refined based on feedback received by users.
